The house has
a water supply. This is not always the case in Lanzarote since there is
no natural water supply. In addition, it is just a few years since the capacity
of the largest water purifying plant in Europe is high enough to make the
installation of a water supply network worthwhile.
Part of the garden is supplied with an automatic watering system.
Naturally, the house has electric current and telephone lines. Sewage is
eliminated through a purifying system.
The property is completely surrounded by a solid double wall 50 cm thick,
with a height of between 2 m and 2 m 40 cm.
At present the property does not have a swimming pool, due to its proximity
to the beach. According to reports by the owner, the construction of a large
swimming pool with the most modern technological developments would cost
approximately 60,000 German Marks in Lanzarote. The owner is prepared to
undertake the project and oversee the construction of such a pool, if the
buyer so wished.

Luis Ibáñez and his wife Barbara have lived in this house
with their children. Since the children have grown up and left home, the
house is now too large for two people and for this reason they wish to sell
it, along with the furniture.
One of the special attractions of this property is the landscaped architecture,
and the incredible symbiosis between the Canarian flora and the buildings.
