The house has a water supply. This is not always the case in Lanzarote since there is no natural water supply. In addition, it is just a few years since the capacity of the largest water purifying plant in Europe is high enough to make the installation of a water supply network worthwhile.
Part of the garden is supplied with an automatic watering system.
Naturally, the house has electric current and telephone lines. Sewage is eliminated through a purifying system.
The property is completely surrounded by a solid double wall 50 cm thick, with a height of between 2 m and 2 m 40 cm.
At present the property does not have a swimming pool, due to its proximity to the beach. According to reports by the owner, the construction of a large swimming pool with the most modern technological developments would cost approximately 60,000 German Marks in Lanzarote.
