| In the main house
there is a high entrance hallway (marked orange on the layout plan), on
the right there is a living room, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes,
a bathroom with a semi-circular bath and finally a third bedroom with built-in
wardrobe, above the living room (marked in green). Opposite the entrance hall there is another bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a small enclosed terrace with glass windows and a door which opens onto another terrace and the rose garden. From the main hall one can also get to a dining room, a rustic kitchen with space to have breakfast, a pantry, a dressing room, a laundry room and an exit to the double garage. |
In front of the kitchen there is a covered terrace with a semi-circular bench and a round table for 10-12 people. Next to this, with a connecting glass door, there is a barbecue with benches and a large terrace for sunbathing. There is a small flight of steps down to the studio below this area, which is also connected to a small terrace with seating and a little cave (marked in red).
On the left of the entrance hall, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms with showers, and a large living room with a fireplace and built in shelving. Here we also find the main bedroom with built in cupboards on two of its walls; and a small comfortable room, ideal for spending a quiet moment.
There is also a bathroom and another small terrace in front of the bedroom, suitable for sunbathing.
Below the semi-detached house behind the garage there is an open basement with a barbecue and wine cellar (marked in yellow).
Between the entrance space and the main house there is a garage with automatic doors.
In the semi-detached house (marked in lilac) there is a bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a shower, a small corridor, a small kitchen and a living room / dining room. Below the living room there is a large garage.
In the lower part of the garden there are two separate storage rooms and a workshop (marked in yellow).
